What You Need to Know
*** PLEASE READ ***
Sports pictures are preorder so athletes can receive their products in a timely manner. (We want you to be able to wear your buttons to as many games as possible.). THEREFORE, payment and your order form are due by the day of pictures. Coaches normally pass out the envelopes the day before picture day. If your student didn’t come home with a form, there is one at the bottom of the page which you can print, fill out, and send with your student.
Please talk with your student about how you’d like them to pose (if you have a preference). We have been letting the kids choose their pose as it allows them some creativity and to show their personality, but if you’d rather they pose a specific way, please inform them of that.
If ordering Trader Cards, please fill out ALL of the fields on the envelope. If we don’t have that information, there will be nothing to put on the back of the card. Also, your student is allowed a second pose that will be put on the back of the trader card.
LATE ORDERS - If athlete does not have payment or envelope at time of pictures, they can still be photographed (we prefer to still photograph them). You can still order the pictures, but they will not be ordered until the next sports order goes in (as our lab requires a minimum order) or if you’d like them right away, there will be a late fee of $15.

MEMORY MATE - An 8x10 print with an individual image and team image on it. Also includes 4 wallets of individual.

Additional Products
These are additional custom products we offer, but require a minimum amount ordered. Prices vary based off how many ordered and whether pictures used are from Team and Individual picture day, or if an additional trip to the school is required for pictures. Please contact us for a price quote.
Banners
Custom sized banners starting at $25. Cost may be higher for orders with less than three.
Posters
Custom posters in various sizes are available. Prices vary based off size and how many ordered. Please contact us for a price quote.
Big Heads
Big Heads on 4mm corrugated plastic approximately 18”x30” are $25 a piece but require a minimum of 6 ordered. Players from any sport can go together to meet the 6 big head minimum. For different sizes, please contact us for pricing.
